What if an update breaks something?
We test updates on a staging copy first. If something still goes wrong on the live site, we roll back from backup straight away.
Do you fix hacked sites?
Yes. We clean the site, close the hole that let the attacker in and harden it so it does not happen again.
Do I need to move hosting?
Not usually. We work with your host if it is reliable, and suggest a move only if the hosting is the problem.
Can unused editing time roll over?
We agree this when we set up the plan, so you know exactly what is included.
